If you do not have CGFNS we recommend the South Carolina or the Georgia Board of Nursing, as those boards do not require TSE, TOEFL or CGFNS to register.

However, both Boards require that each nurse have his/her transcripts 'credentialed' through the Credentialing Evaluation Service (CES)

The CES report (Course by Course) costs $225
Obtaining a license from South Carolina (or any other State) does not require that you work in South Carolina! You may work in any other State by simply endorsing into that State.

Note:

  • The nurse is responsible for requesting transcripts from their school of nursing and any fees charged
  • We cannot provide this service due to complexities in training histories.
  • The RN is responsible for any money orders etc for exam and licensing fees.
  • Due to recent immigration changes we encourage those who intend to continue through the 'green card' process to obtain a second set of transcripts at this time
  • Once you receive your Authorization to Test (ATT) send a copy to SNI.
  • You can use the IHR-Canada address and phone number +1 (416) 221-2761 when appropriate.
  • All information is strictly confidential.
