UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL IN DUBAI

The University Hospital (UH) is a state-of-the-art academic medical center being developed by Tatweer Corporation, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Company. The UH will be the centerpiece and main tertiary care facility within Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), with a service mix consisting of inpatient and outpatient consultations and surgeries, imaging, clinical and surgical pathology, minimally invasive procedures, and non-trauma emergency care. When complete, the hospital will accommodate 415 beds and cover 1.4 million square feet of program space. The UH is part of DHCC’s vision to become a globally recognized center of excellence for health care delivery, medical education, and research. This institution will set a new standard for true multidisciplinary care, and serve as the centerpiece of a revitalized health care community where high-quality education and research are closely intertwined with the care provided to patients and their families.
