STANDARD PROCEDURE
FOR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Procedure
-
We would like to receive an up-to-date resume.
-
We will match with suitable openings we have! Then
contact you to discuss your options, provide you with information
about available positions, working environment & job description
(if available, if not we can request from hospital later on), country
of interest, contract conditions, benefits package, salary scale,
etc.
-
If agreed to position, salary scale, etc. We will
send to you an application kit (Either by email or by "snail
mail" on a CD-Rom)
Hospitals usually require the
following documents
-
Copy of up to date comprehensive resume. Resume should
have detailed information regarding:
a. Qualifications / Degrees (where name of [institution
& country] and when [year] achieved)
b. Experience (including description of duties, procedures performed,
care provided, etc.)
c. Information about facilities worked at (hospital size, number
of beds, trauma, referral, primary care, public, private, etc.)
d. List of publications / research, if any
- Copy of Diplomas / Degrees
-
Copy of current professional registration (License)
-
Three current letters of reference stating the position
you held and the time period spent in that position (Can wait for
if might jeopardize your current job)

Copy of passport's front page
-
Four (4) passport size photographs
-
Application form that we will send to you
-
Nurses have to complete a skills checklist (will be
sent to you)
-
Respiratory Therapists to complete "experience
form" (will be sent to you)
After receiving above documents,
we will:
(Please note some hospitals will not process the application unless
all of the above documents provided)

Verify documents received from you
-
Send all documents to the hospital(s) of your choice
for a final approval (Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive a reply)

Send you a weekly update to the status of your application
as received form the hospital

Notify you of the outcome (approval/rejection)
If your application was approved
If your application was approved, usually we receive an offer of employment
on your behalf! We will discuss this offer with you! If you decided
to accept, and there is NO OBLIGATION for you to accept, you will receive
a "Contract Package" including:

Original copy of your contract
-
Visa application form
-
Consulate Medical form (Where applicable)
-
Other related material (Country profile, Orientation
booklet, Job description (if provided by hospital) etc
We will obtain your work visa; usually visa can be obtained within
one to two weeks after receiving all documents required. Meanwhile,
we will arrange for your booking, ticket, departure, inform hospital
to arrange for your orientation, housing, Meet & Greet, etc.
Usually it takes about 3 months from date we receive a complete
application to get a candidate out.
